Camp Jump Start (‘we”, “our”, or “us”) is in the business of educating people on healthy lifestyles so they can prevent, reverse, or stop the progression of disease. We strive to raise awareness and attain desirable outcomes through educational materials, our youth camp, and online group sessions (collectively, “Services”). This privacy notice explains how Camp Jump Start collects and uses personal information from you when you visit our website, register for our services, or otherwise interact with us.

We collect personal information you provide to us directly through this website and during the Camp Jump Start Training Camp. If you are a young person taking our camps, we may also collect information about you directly from your parent or guardian. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, when you fill out a form on our website, or through other direct contact from you.
Throughout this policy, we use the term “personal information.” Personal information includes information that identifies you or relates to you such as your name, phone number, mailing address, email address, health information, general location, unique device identifiers, and other demographic and financial information. Personal information may also include information which helps us understand your preferences so that we may offer you products and services that may interest you. Personal information does not include information that is not reasonably linkable to an individual, or information that has been de-identified or aggregated. All personal health information you share with us will be aggregated and not linked to other personal information you share with us.
We collect your information when you interact with us, such as when you enroll on our website or enroll your child on our website, purchase our Services, when you or your child participate in our online programming or live programming, participate in any interactive features of the Services, fill out a form, communicate with us, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. When you make a payment to Living Well Foundation for Camp Jump Start programs, or donate to Camp Jump Start, we collect specific information that is used to process and acknowledge your payment.

Living Well Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and relies on the generous support of our donors. Accordingly, your personal information or your child’s personal information may be disclosed to Living Well Foundation in order to help us operate our Services.

Camp Jump Start makes protecting your information a priority and we take precautions to protect your information. When you submit information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. We employ reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures to safeguard your information and to help prevent unauthorized access and disclosure of personal information, including encryption and other measures. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our Policy Towards Minors
While all individuals can benefit from the Services, the Services are mainly directed to persons under 18. That said, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 and we use reasonable methods to obtain verifiable parental consent to collect information from individuals under the age of 13.
