*Steps & Stretch DVD ---Be a participant—not a spectator! These are real kids and none of them are perfect so you do not have to be either. JUST GET UP AND MOVE!
The Step & Stretch DVD should be used before school so that you can get your metabolism and mind ready for the day. You can do all 40 minutes of it or just a portion of it to Jump Start your day. You should be walking 10,000 steps per day on a pedometer. The 40 minute portion will be around 5,000 steps. You are halfway done for the day before you walk out the door!
Stretch should always be done AFTER your muscles are warmed up and you should stretch at least 3 times each day.
